This article explains how to explore, preview, and use the fixed programs available in SMARTFENSE's Content Gallery, without having to enter the program creation flow.
Overview
The Fixed programs section of the Content Gallery allows you to browse all fixed programs available for your organization, review their contents, and go directly to program creation with the program type already selected.
Each program is displayed as a card showing its name, the number of contents it includes, and two actions: Preview and Create Program.
How to access
Go to Content Gallery > Fixed programs.
Browsing available programs
You can search for a program by name using the Search field, or narrow the gallery using the available filters:
- Duration filter: shows programs based on their total length, from start to the last content item.
- Filter by content type: shows programs that include any of the selected content types.
- Filter by topic: shows programs that address any of the selected topics.
Selecting multiple options within the same filter broadens the results. Combining different filters shows only the programs that meet all conditions at the same time.
Previewing a program
To review a program's contents before creating it:
- Find the card for the program you want to review.
- Click Preview.
- The program syllabus preview window will open, showing the columns Week, Component, and Topic/Scenario.
- To save or share the syllabus, use the Export button, available in two formats: Excel and CSV.
- Click Close to return to the gallery.
Creating a program from the gallery
- Find the card for the program you want to implement.
- Click Create Program.
- The platform will open the program creation screen with that program type already selected, so you do not need to search for it again.
To complete the program configuration, see the article How to create and manage an Automated awareness program.
💡 Best practices
- Use Preview before creating a program to confirm that the contents align with the organization's objectives.
- Export the syllabus in Excel or CSV to share it with other stakeholders or keep it as a record outside the platform.
- Combine the topic and content type filters to quickly identify the most suitable program when multiple options are available.
- Visit this section at the start of your annual planning to compare available programs before deciding which one to implement.
