This article explains how to interpret the Dashboard of automatic programs in SMARTFENSE and what information each indicator and section provides.
The Dashboard is available at Campaigns > Programs > Dashboard.
Purpose of this Dashboard
The Dashboard of automatic programs centralizes tracking information for all active programs on the platform. It provides an at-a-glance view of the overall awareness status: how many users are reached, what percentage of the organization has active coverage, and how assignments and completions evolve over time.
From this Dashboard, program management can also be accessed using the Manage programs button.
Main indicators
The Dashboard displays six indicators at the top of the screen:
- Active programs: number of programs with status In progress out of the total programs created.
- Users reached: number of users actively participating in at least one program.
- Organization coverage: percentage of the organization's users included in at least one active program.
- Assignments this month: number of campaigns assigned to users during the current month.
- Campaigns completed this month: number of campaigns completed by users during the current month.
- Users on pause this month: number of users for whom the engine did not assign content in at least one program during the current month, because they had reached that program's maximum monthly load, in order to avoid saturation.
Completion by format
This section compares completed campaigns by the type of program they belong to: Fixed program or Smart Path.
The visualization uses relative bars where the sum of both formats equals 100% of total recorded completions. It allows identifying which format concentrates more completed activity.
Latest created programs
Table showing the most recently created programs on the platform. It displays the following columns:
- Program: program name.
- Format: Fixed program or Smart Path.
- Start date: date when the program started or is scheduled to start.
- Status: current program status (Not started, In progress, Completed, Suspended).
- Monthly progress: program progress during the current month.
Activity of all programs
Evolution chart showing program activity over the last 6 months. The chart series represent the different program statuses: Not started, In progress, and Completed.
It allows identifying trends in platform activity and detecting periods of low or high awareness engagement.
💡 Best practices
- Review the Organization coverage indicator regularly to detect users without an assigned program.
- Use the Activity of all programs chart to identify months with a drop in completions and take action on in-progress programs.
- If the Users on pause this month indicator shows high values, review the maximum monthly load configured in the relevant programs to assess whether it needs to be adjusted.
- Access program management from the Manage programs button when you need to create, edit, or review the details of a specific program.
