This article describes the specific configuration of the Surveys component available in SMARTFENSE: Final message.
To access this configuration, go to the Settings > Awareness > Surveys > Final message menu.
Final message
The final message of Surveys is shown to end users when they finish a campaign of this type. This configuration allows you to customize the default message shown by SMARTFENSE.
Available options
- Use SMARTFENSE's final message: the platform's predefined message is used.
- Use custom final message: allows you to upload a custom message for each supported language. Editing each flag opens the Final message setup dialog with the Language and Message fields.
💡 Best practices
- Remember to press the Save button at the bottom of the configuration window before exiting. If you change screens without saving, the selected changes will be lost.
- Customize the final message with the organization's tone and voice to thank the user for their participation and reinforce the closing of the experience.
- Upload the customized message in all the languages in which your organization delivers content, to ensure a consistent experience across the entire user base.
- Take advantage of the final message to communicate next steps to the user (for example, indicating that their responses will be analyzed, or inviting them to participate in future surveys or campaigns).
