This article explains how to access View Campaign Details to consult the metrics or statistics of each campaign and how to interpret the main sections in Audit - Campaign Details for different components.
Campaign metrics allow analysis of user performance and the progress of the awareness program by component. In SMARTFENSE, these metrics are mainly accessed from View Campaign Details and from Audit views that consolidate information by campaigns and users.
