Proactive actions correspond to all interactions performed by end users outside the context of a campaign.
For example, if a user starts an Interactive Module without having been assigned to a campaign and does so on their own initiative, that action is counted as proactive in this report.
Components with proactive actions
The components that allow registering proactive actions are the following:
Interactive Modules
Videos
Newsletters
Video Games
Report view
In the Audit > Proactive Actions section, the number of users who interacted proactively with each of these components is shown.
From this view it is possible to:
Export the information in Excel or CSV format.
Apply start and end date filters to narrow the analysis period.
Detail by component and content
By entering each component, you access a more detailed view that lists the contents of the component and how users proactively interacted with each of them.
This information allows you to identify, for example, which content has the most users who have started or completed proactively, facilitating the measurement of the level of interest generated by a particular topic.
If a user starts the same content multiple times, it is counted as a single proactive start for that content.
By entering a specific topic, you can view the list of users who performed the proactive action, along with the Date of the last interaction with the content.
💡 Best practices
Analyze the contents with the highest number of proactive actions to identify topics of high interest.
Use the date filters to evaluate changes in user behavior over time.
Export reports to complement internal analyses or reports for clients and partners.
Consider reinforcing contents with a high level of proactive interaction in future campaigns.
