In addition to the individual report for each campaign available in the Audit - Campaign Detail section, which shows the results through a funnel chart and the details of each user's actions, SMARTFENSE allows you to download a consolidated report that groups all campaigns by component.
This report can be obtained from the Audit > Assigned Actions > Users > Components section by selecting the desired component, for example, Interactive Modules.
Downloading the Consolidated Report
Once the component is selected, the following options are available:
Download details of all Interactive Modules campaigns
Allows you to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns for the selected component. The report is sent via a link to the administrator user's email who makes the request. These CSV format reports can be used in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Spreadsheet) and worked on independently from the platform. With the data in spreadsheets, you can work with pivot tables, create different types of charts, and even use Business Intelligence tools such as Looker Data Studio or Power BI to create interactive presentations.Download details of all Interactive Modules campaigns filtered by topic
Allows you to download the same consolidated report, but with the topic filter already applied. This option is especially useful when the same topic has been sent more than once to the same users.

The downloaded report contains a high level of detail per user and campaign. The included columns are as follows:

This information allows for detailed analysis of user behavior and the performance of each campaign within the instance.
