Overview of the New Badge Notification
The new badge notification is automatically sent to users who earn a new gamification badge within the SMARTFENSE platform.
This notification allows the user to know:
The name of the badge earned.
The description of the badge.
The associated image.
The experience points earned.
In this configuration section, it is possible to define the delivery method of the notification and, in some cases, customize its content.
Additionally, SMARTFENSE allows notifications to be sent in different languages, according to the languages configured in the profiles of the organization's users.
In this way, each user will receive the notification in their corresponding language, improving understanding and user experience.
