This article explains what predefined contents SMARTFENSE includes and how to find them in the Content Gallery to preview them and create a campaign.
What are predefined contents?
SMARTFENSE includes predefined contents ready to use in each component of the platform, such as:
Interactive modules
Videos
Video Games
Newsletters
Phishing
Smishing
Ransomware
Teachables Moments
Exams
Surveys
These contents can be used to deploy campaigns according to the scope defined by the administrator in the instance.
Where to see predefined contents
Enter the Content Gallery from the SMARTFENSE menu.
There you will see the predefined contents available by component and their classification by Catalogs.
Catalogs
The Catalogs group contents for different types of users. By default, SMARTFENSE offers three catalogs:
Information security for end users
Information security - Advanced contents
Industrial cybersecurity
Search and filter contents for campaigns
Use the upper section of the screen to search for contents to deploy in campaigns. It is possible to filter searches by:
Tag
Category
Topic
Difficulty
Source
Catalog
Language
Search field
When you find the desired content, you can preview the material or create a campaign directly from that screen.

Create a campaign from a content
Locate the content you want to use.
Press the create campaign button.
The add campaign screen will open for you to make the necessary configurations according to the desired scope.
Once the campaign is created, you can view it in the calendar or in the campaign list.
💡 Best practices
Before pressing create campaign, apply filters by catalog and language to speed up the search and maintain consistency in the end user's experience.
Use preview to confirm the level of difficulty and the topic before launching a mass campaign.
If you manage multiple groups in the same instance, document which category and tag are used in each campaign to facilitate tracking and reuse.
Check the content in the calendar and in the campaign list to detect overlaps.
