Overview
Assignment notifications are sent automatically from the instance in Settings > Notifications > Assignments to the end users when they are assigned to a campaign of any of the following types:
Interactive Modules
Videos
Video Games
Exams
Surveys
These notifications include information about the assigned campaign and a direct link to access the content, facilitating the user's immediate participation.
Additionally, SMARTFENSE allows notifications to be sent in different languages, according to the language set in each user's profile. This ensures clear and personalized communication throughout the organization.
