This article describes what the end user sees from their environment. Access your profile to edit your information and change the language. Review the history of contents and the gamification menu. It serves as a quick guide to understand navigation.
End User Environment
When logging in with an end user profile, you will see different sections of the platform. At the top is a horizontal menu and, on the right margin, access to your user profile.
Note: the availability of options may vary depending on the license contracted and the configuration of the instance administrator.
In the profile you can edit your personal information, change your password, and activate two-factor authentication.
Recommended: keep your information up to date to correctly receive each notification.
Language
The user's language determines in which language you will see:
The contents assigned by campaigns.
The contents you perform proactively (if the administrator allows it).
Tip: confirm your preferred language to improve the experience in campaigns and notifications.
Pending Contents
In this section you will find the contents assigned to your user.
If the mascot Sury appears with the message “You have no pending contents”, it means you have already completed all assigned activities.
Available Contents
If the administrator has enabled proactive access, here you can explore and complete unassigned contents from the different awareness components.
Note: availability will depend on the configurations made by the platform administrator.
To activate this option go to Settings > Awareness > [choose the component] > End User View. Then select the option: Show this section with all active Interactive Modules on the platform.
Completed Contents
Shows the history of completed contents. Each component is identified with its corresponding icon to facilitate recognition and tracking by the end user.
Gamification Menu
If your organization has contracted the gamification component, you will see the gamification menu on the left side.
Gamification includes:
Badges: are automatically awarded when you complete the defined actions. When you earn one, the platform notifies you immediately to reinforce the connection between the action and the achievement.
Experience Points (XP): are assigned when performing meaningful actions, generating a sense of progress and motivating you to level up. In each content you will see a yellow star with the corresponding XP value.
Levels: reflect your accumulated progress on the platform.
Ranking: shows a historical, annual, and monthly ranking of users.
Note: the display of gamification depends on the license contracted and the enablement by the administrator.
💡 Best Practices
Verify your language in the profile before starting campaigns to ensure that contents and notifications appear correctly.
Activate two-factor authentication to strengthen security.
Regularly check Pending Contents so you don’t miss deadlines for campaigns assigned by the administrator.
If your organization has gamification, take advantage of XP and Badges as a guide for progress and continuous motivation.
