Learn how to configure the colors visible to the end user in the SMARTFENSE interface from Settings > Organization > Colors and how to save the changes correctly.
Procedure
Go to Settings > Organization > Colors.
Define the colors that will be applied in the end user interface according to your organization's or instance's visual identity.
Review that the selection is consistent with your brand.
Click Save to apply the changes.
| Note: Changes only affect the view of the end user. This setting does not modify the colors of the platform’s administrative interface. |
Considerations
Maintain an appropriate contrast between text and background to ensure readability.
Verify consistency with your organization's branding guidelines.
Document the applied palette for future audits or adjustments by the instance administrator.
💡 Best Practices
Use a limited palette (2–3 main colors) to avoid distractions and improve end user navigation.
Prioritize combinations with good contrast for accessibility and clear reading throughout the interface.
Before clicking Save, validate how the most frequent elements (buttons, links, headers) will look with the new colors.
Establish an internal record of color changes per instance to facilitate support and revert decisions if necessary.
