Campaign List

This article describes the columns, filters, and functions available in the SMARTFENSE Campaign List.

The section is available at Campaigns > Campaign List.

Overview

The table displays all campaigns created in the instance, both individual and grouped. Each record includes the following information:

  • First Name
  • Topics/Scenario
  • Component
  • Mode (Normal or Relative)
  • Start date
  • Expiration Date / Duration in Days
  • Status (Completed, Not started, or In progress)
  • Actions (access to campaign details, duplication, and additional information)

The Mode column indicates how the campaign is assigned: Normal corresponds to a one-time initial assignment with a specific expiration date; Relative corresponds to a recurring assignment with a relative duration.

From this view you can also create new campaigns using the New campaign button.

Campaign actions

Each row includes the following actions in the Actions column:

  • Duplicate campaign: creates a new campaign with the original campaign's data already filled in. Recipients, content, mode, dates, reminders, and all other options are copied. Results are not copied: the copy is created with no execution data. If the original campaign was part of an automatic program, the copy is not associated with that program. If the original campaign's start date has already passed, the copy receives the form's default start date and its expiration is recalculated to preserve the same duration in days. The new campaign is only created when the form is confirmed; the original is not modified. This action is available for any campaign status and only applies to campaigns configured by your organization.
  • See campaign detail: accesses the campaign's results and metrics detail.
  • View more information: displays additional information about the campaign.

Available Filters

The Campaign List view allows combining several filters to facilitate searching and analyzing campaigns:

  • Filter by type: displays only Real campaigns or campaigns marked as Test. 

  • Filter by level: switches between individual campaigns or grouped campaigns. 

  • Filter by status: selects Completed, Not started, or In progress campaigns. Filter by mode: selects campaigns with Normal or Relative mode. 

  • Filter by component: depending on contracted components: 

  • Interactive module, Newsletters, Videos, Video games, Phishing, Smishing, Ransomware, USB Drop, Exams, Surveys. 

  • Filter by program: displays only campaigns belonging to a specific automatic program.

Additional Table Functions

  • Search by campaign name. 

  • Show lets you select the number of records visible per page. Use the footer to navigate between pages. 

  • Export generates an Excel or CSV file with the complete list. The export respects the filters applied at that moment and includes the Mode column. The file is prepared in the background and the download starts automatically when ready.

💡Best Practices

  • Use combined filters to reduce the time spent searching for specific campaigns. 

  • Before exporting, apply the necessary filters to get exactly the list you need. 

  • Review campaign status regularly to ensure correct execution. 

  • Use the Level filter to identify grouped campaigns and quickly access their detail.
