The Campaigns > Campaign List section offers a table view with all the campaigns scheduled on the platform. It allows you to consult detailed information and apply multiple filters to optimize the search.
Overview
The Campaigns > Campaign List section displays all campaigns created in the instance in a table format.
Each record includes the following information:
Name
Topics or Scenario
Component
Start Date
Expiration Date or Duration in Days
Status (Completed, Not Started or In Progress)
Actions (access to campaign details and additional information)
From this view, it is also possible to create new campaigns using the New Campaign button, located on the left side of the screen, just like in the Calendar.
Available Filters
The Campaign List view allows combining several filters to facilitate searching and analyzing campaigns:
Filter by Type: allows viewing only Real campaigns or campaigns marked as Test.
Filter by Level: allows toggling between individual campaigns or grouped campaigns.
Filter by Status: allows selecting Completed, Not Started, or In Progress campaigns.
Filter by Mode: allows selecting campaigns created with the mode: Single initial assignment and specific expiration date or Recurring assignment and relative duration.
Filter by Component: depending on the contracted components: Interactive Module, Newsletters, Videos, Video Games, Phishing, Smishing, Ransomware, USB Drop, Exams, Surveys.
Additional Table Functions
Search by the name of a campaign.
Show More Records to expand the view.
At the table footer, view the number of displayed records and navigate through them.

Regularly review the status of campaigns to ensure their proper execution.
Use the Level filter to identify grouped campaigns and quickly access their details.
Check the campaign mode before scheduling new follow-up actions.
