How is the welcome notification sent?
Sending the welcome notification is an automatic process.
The admin user only needs to create campaigns as usual
If a user is assigned to a campaign and the sending applies, they will receive the welcome email automatically
This email is sent before the assignment notification
This allows the user to access the platform without issues.
When is the welcome email sent?
For a user to receive the welcome email:
They must be assigned to a campaign

The campaign must be one of the following types:
Interactive Modules
Videos
Video Games
Exams
Surveys

Where to see how many welcome emails were sent?
To view this information:
Go to Campaigns > Calendar / Campaign list
Select a campaign (ongoing or finished)
Click on "See more information"
A window will open with the campaign details, where you can see the field:
