Independent management
Each Awareness Program Administrator, Content Administrator, Campaign Administrator, or Auditor can operate the platform independently according to their role-based permissions—scheduling campaigns, defining content, and accessing the relevant information.
Roles and permissions
Roles and permissions are assigned per catalog, ensuring autonomy for each function:
Awareness Program Administrator
Manages both content and campaigns for the enabled catalogs. Combines the capabilities of the Content Administrator and Campaign Administrator into a single role.Content Administrator
Can create and edit content associated with the enabled catalogs.Campaign Administrator
Can create, edit, and delete campaigns that use content from the enabled catalogs.Auditor
Has read-only access to the relevant sections of the platform for the enabled catalogs, with no ability to make changes.
