The “Download all answers” option allows you to export in CSV format the complete detail of users' answers in an Exams campaign.
Where is it downloaded?
To access this information:
- Go to Campaigns > Calendar / Campaign list
- Search for the corresponding exam campaign
- Access "View campaign details"
- Click on "View exam answers"
- Select the button "Download all answers"
File format
The download is done in a CSV file, which contains the detail of all users' answers.
Included information
The file includes the following columns:
- User
- First name
- Last name
- Groups separated by commas
- Functional areas separated by commas
- Hierarchical levels separated by commas
- Sent
- Started
- Passed
- Not Passed
- Question
- Answer
- Answer type
