Campaigns created from a parent instance are executed and sent from each child instance, using each one's own configuration.
How does sending work in Multitenant?
When a campaign is created from the Campaigns > Calendar / Campaign list section of a parent instance for its child instances:
The campaign is replicated in the calendar of each child instance
It cannot be edited or deleted from the child instances
It is managed from the parent instance
From where are the emails sent?
The sends are performed from each child instance.
This implies that:
Emails are sent using the configuration specific to each child instance
Recipients will receive emails with the organization data defined in that instance, from the Settings > Mail server section
For example:
Organization name
Sending configuration
Instance customization
Considerations
The parent instance acts as a management point but not as the origin of the send
Each child instance maintains its own identity in the sends
This behavior is expected in Multitenant environments
💡 Best practices
Verify the configuration of each child instance before launching campaigns
Validate customizations and organizational data in each instance
Perform tests to ensure consistency in sends
