Validity of Teachable Moments
The Teachable Moments remain always available and can continue collecting statistics, regardless of the campaign status.
This allows functionalities such as the subsequent sending of the Teachable Moment by email to remain effective.
In the case of Ransomware simulations:
The Teachable Moment is integrated within the file
When opened, it executes and is recorded on the platform
This happens even if the campaign has already ended
How to properly analyze the statistics?
Since Teachable Moments can continue recording interactions outside the campaign period, it is recommended to filter the information to obtain consistent data.
To do this:
Go to Campaigns > Calendar / Campaign list
Find the campaign and access "View campaign details"
In the tab "Users assigned to the campaign"
Export the corresponding data
Apply filters on the downloaded file
What filters to apply?
In the exported file:
Apply a filter on the opened emails, considering only up to the desired date
Then, apply a filter on the opened Teachable Moments
In this way, the statistics will be aligned with the period you want to analyze.
