This message appears when the selected content uses organization variables that do not have a defined value in the corresponding language.
Reason for the behavior
When selecting content for a campaign, the platform checks if that content uses organization variables.
If so, it verifies that those variables:
Have a configured value
Are complete in the administrative user’s language
If any variable does not have a defined value in that language, the platform will display a message indicating that the variables are not properly configured.
How to fix it?
To complete the organization variables:
Go to Settings > Organization > Organization Data
Review the configured "Organizational Variables"
Complete the missing values in all necessary languages
Save the changes
Once completed, you will be able to schedule the campaign without issues.
Considerations
Variables must be complete in the language of the administrator creating the campaign
If multiple languages are used on the platform, it is recommended to complete the variables in all of them
This behavior is expected and prevents errors in the sent content
