Reminders are only available for campaigns that require user interaction within the platform, such as:
- Interactive Modules
- Videos
- Video Games
- Exams
- Surveys
In these cases, reminders help encourage the completion of the assigned content. These can be configured in the Settings > Notifications > Reminders section.
