Yes, it is possible to make some modifications to an ongoing campaign, mainly related to its duration and status. However, other data can only be edited before the campaign starts.
Where are the modifications made?
To access the available options:
- Go to Campaigns > Calendar / Campaign list
- Search for the corresponding campaign
- Access "View campaign details"
- Enter the tab "Information and actions"
What can be modified in an ongoing campaign?
Modify end date
- It is possible to change the validity date
- From the "Modify date" button
Modify duration (recurring campaigns)
In campaigns with the mode:
- Recurring assignment and relative duration
It is possible to:
- Adjust the duration from the "Modify duration" button
Other available actions
From the same "Information and actions" section, you can also:
- Stop the campaign using the "Stop campaign" button
- Convert it into a test campaign with "Mark as test campaign"
What cannot be modified?
