Yes, it is possible to manage users in bulk from the platform through deletion, anonymization, or deactivation, depending on the need.
Bulk user deletion
From the section:
Users and groups > Users
You can:
- Select multiple users
- Click the "Delete selected" button
Important:
Users who do not meet these conditions cannot be deleted. |

Anonymize users
- Using the “Anonymize” button
- This action is irreversible
- It replaces the user's personal data with various characters, maintaining the historical information
Activate / Deactivate users
- Using the "Activate/Deactivate" button
When deactivating users:
- They will be inactive across the entire platform
- They will not participate in assigned campaigns or actions
It is also possible to perform this action via CSV file from:
Users and groups > Import and synchronization > Manually from CSV file
Synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID or Google
If integrations are used with:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
It is possible to configure that the users' status:
- Automatically syncs with SMARTFENSE
- Reflecting activations or deactivations according to the source
